A cleanup of README.md, with updated installation instructions.

Note that this relies on the new directory structure, so maybe we should wait until the next release to the godot asset store (see #101) before merging this

Hello guys, sorry for the delay (exam period was rough this year). I'm a bit out of the loop. Should I merge this before or after updating the asset store?

Hey, welcome back ! 😁 Probably after, this should touch nothing that we push to the asset store.
