System related code has been moved out of the main Material Deck module into separate modules (more info here). It should be quite easy to create your own module from this PR.
Take a look at the system template. You can basically copy the contents of swade.js into the template and with some minor changes you'd be able to publish it as a separate module.
When you do, let me know, and I'll add it to the list of supported system.
