https://github.com/MaterializeInc/materialize/issues/25802 was fixed. This occurred newly in @morsapaes's staging env when she was testing CREATE TABLE ... FROM SOURCE. (Though, I observed the "similar" issue https://materializeinc.sentry.io/issues/5836165035 (https://github.com/MaterializeInc/materialize/issues/26017) in another production instance. Hence, there is a chance that it is unrelated to CREATE TBL FROM SRC.)
