Bump Fivetran Terraform version up to May 2023

This PR updates to the latest SHA of https://github.com/benesch/terraform-provider-fivetran, including updates up to May 2023. This will give the sync_method field I need for Fivetran via S3.

To create this PR with the minimum diff I did the following:

• I set the specific SHA I wanted in go.mod using github.com/benesch/terraform-provider-fivetran 365bf4073023325fbf7eeac8f46453059ee796f8
• ran go get github.com/benesch/terraform-provider-fivetran
