saidfathalla commented 1 year ago

do you need PRIMA in upper case?

az-ihsan commented 1 year ago

yes please.

saidfathalla commented 1 year ago

so it will be https://purls.helmholtz-metadaten.de/PRIMA/experiment, not https://purls.helmholtz-metadaten.de/prima/experiment, then you have to change all IRIs in all ontologies accordingly. is that OK?

az-ihsan commented 1 year ago

Ahaa, i see. Then let it be lower case. :D

saidfathalla commented 1 year ago

they should work now. please check

saidfathalla commented 1 year ago

Please add a readme.md file to your namespace (i.e. /prima) directory to give people visiting it some information about the content

az-ihsan commented 1 year ago

Hi Said, I found the purl for the https://purls.helmholtz-metadaten.de/prima/experiment is not working. But others are fine.

Could you check it?

az-ihsan commented 1 year ago

Please add a readme.md file to your namespace (i.e. /prima) directory to give people visiting it some information about the content

Sure I'll add this

saidfathalla commented 1 year ago

it is working now

az-ihsan commented 1 year ago

Yes, it works now. Thanks!

az-ihsan commented 1 year ago

One more thing,

I imported the experiment ontology (https://purls.helmholtz-metadaten.de/prima/experiment) via Protege but it failed actually. Then I changed the link for the experiment ontology in the .htaccess to the correct one. Still, I can't import the ontology in Protege. Do you know what's wrong? or maybe should I expect some time for the new link to work?

Others ontology are fine, ie. I can import them in Protege via url.

saidfathalla commented 1 year ago

it takes some time (<30 min). try now

az-ihsan commented 1 year ago

Yes it works now. thx!
