Fixes mostly links. #5

You made all links to [link](link) but that is redundant and you'd need to change two links when it needs to change and while it makes them clickable it would still be quite ugly in the rendered docs.

Could you change it to [InvenioRDM docs](link) instead? If you want, you can also fix #6 in this PR.

I made it [InvenioRDM documentation] since this name/style was already used in the file.
