Wishlist of useful harvesters and packers #23

For each of these needs to be decided if they become part of metador-core or an external plugin. We collect here a list. If you like to work on one of these, document the implementation decision process in an other issue if it will stay in metador-core or in the new created project.

Harvester:

[x] Base Harvester for any file
[x] Image files
[x] Bib, files
[ ] Code files,
[ ] Notebook files, most important ipynb

What about non-file like data?

Packers:
