Document Page Redesign #105

I don't think Tabs are the right choice for the document page, because tabs are used to hide/display content on the same page. So using them to Link to external websites goes against their design and would require some hacks.

It would be possible to just have a clickable Link as the content of the Tabs.

But I think we should come up with a different approach to the layout of the page.

I created an alternative design. (Links not working yet) Please tell me how you like it. I still can beautify it a bit.

I've done a minor redesign of the header of all pages, making them more uniform. I still want to rework the nested layout of the narrative elements.
