rethink help/documentation #22

MathHub documentation is currently in https://gl.mathhub.info/meta/inf/tree/master/doc we should probably move it to a new repos, probably meta/doc, before using it.

Also we probably want it in markdown rather than HTML.

Come to think of it, we might not want to serve it from MathHub.info at all. It may be much simpler (and more maintainable) to just move it to the corresponding wiki. Then we would only need to link to that. And I could probably do the transfer all by myself; I guess I will need to write most of the top-level documentation myself anyways.

We have decided to use a wiki on GitHub: https://github.com/MathHubInfo/Documentation/wiki for that. I have already converted the old help contents to the wiki and will go over the content in the future. Closing
