In the old MathHub we were able to make a separate front end for various projects. .e.g http://smglom.mathhub.info, http://oaf.mathhub.info, and http://odk.mathhub.info. They mainly had different selections of libraries, a subset of applications, and its own main page.

I think with the front-end (and some configurations) this should be easy to achive.

The best way to do this is using the tags metadatum in the META_INF/MANIFEST.MF (archives) and meta-inf/GROUP_MANIFEST.MF (libraries) files. I have started tagging these with the tags

ODK (OpenDreamKit)
OAF (the OAF project)
teaching (for my teaching stuff)
SMGloM (for the glossary)
