integrate MathML in /components/common/mathhtmldiv so it will be displayed in all browsers

I have made some preparations for this (there is now a separate element rendering a MathML string). However, there does not seem an appropriate library for this.

Mathjax does not play well with webpack. It has the big disadvantage is that it requires us to dynamically add Githubissues.
Githubissues is a development platform for aggregating issues.
