local documentation links #63

We (only) have a general link to documentation under "help". Other functionalities like breadcrumbs, (soon) statistics, (soon) graphs, are local, i.e. have page-specific features.

Some of the pages might have interesting documentation on https://github.com/MathHubInfo/Documentation/wiki (in fact we should write that; and I am willing to), which we could link to.

A good example are the applications: we should have an "applications" section on the wiki (so we could have a little question mark icon next to the "Applications" tab that links to it. And the same for the individual applications in the drop-down, which link to application-specific documentation in the wiki. I am not sure that this is the best interaction possible (in fact I suspect that it is not), but we should have the base functionality for local help links in the system (also to drive documentation).
