document the build system in help #79

there is a page https://mathhub.info/help/build-system (soon) and there is a page in the repos Mathhub/meta/inf/doc/help/build-system.html. This needs to be extended.

There is currently no build-system integration with MathHub, hence this does not apply. Closing.
