document the build build process from a user/admin perspective #85

There are seven build targets on https://mathhub.info/mh/mbt-rebuild, they are not self-explanatory (and in fact only Mihnea really knows what they do). More generally, there should be documentation on the whole build process, so that new admins know how to admin MH.

At the MathHub level, this documentation should be from the user/admin perspective, there should be documentation from the dev perspective in MMT as well, see https://github.com/UniFormal/MMT/issues/190

I am assigning this to myself, but hoping for help from @Jazzpirate @m-iancu and @tkw1536

@kohlhase can you post the links here where you started some documentation (I think there were 2 places) ? Then cc me occasionally when I can add/check something there. We could also convert some of my other e-mail/issue replies into documentation that I can improve later.

yes, that is what I was trying to do. I do not mind the writing, but in many places I just lack the details.

I am not sure to what degree this exact issue still applies. We certainly need documentation at https://docs.mathhub.info/legacy/about.
