Implement Glossary Backend #9

Add the glossary.

we only need the back-end to work.

For now, I have updated the Dockerfile (i.e. deployment) to use the glossary mock by default (until a backend exists).

There are a lot of useful hints on the glossary in https://github.com/MathHubInfo/Legacy-MathHub-Drupal/issues?page=1&q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue These should be taken into account for the implementation. (or closed if they are done).
