lmh gen <absolute path> fails in lmh docker #221

Because internal docker lmh content path is (possibly) different than the one for the host machine.

I think there has to be a solution for this given that we can do shared folders at least (we used to have the .lmhpath file for that before). Don't know if we can share environment variables in a nice way (not via bashrc or smth).
