pdf generation failed for non-matching "id" #237

MiKoMH/GenICT failed to generate pdf because META-INF/MANIFEST.MF contained "id: GenICT" that does not match MiKoMH/GenICT. lmh should pass the proper id to mmt and better report back a build error.
