lmh init should not create lib ... by default #276

currently lmh init will create a lib directory and similar things, depending on the value of the --type option (which should really be documented). Currently one of the types is picked as a default.

For a while now (@cmaeder) many of the config files are in the meta-inf directory, and therefore are not needed in the archive itself. As a consequence often (and I think this should be the default) we do not want any there.

Also the config files are changing in any case (@m-iancu) so we should design what is generated with lmh init.
