lmh depcrawl does not find dependencies any more #278

I have a new course: MiKoMH/TopModCS and I ran lmh depcrawl and it did not find (or not flag at least) the depenencies MiKoMH/TDM and MiMoMH/GenCS even though TopModCS/source/course/notes/toolsconcepts.tex has the lines.
