lmh symbols generates spurious \symii

In MathHub/smglom/calculus/source, running lmh symbols generates

Michaels-MBP:source kohlhase$ lmh symbols
Adding 1 symbol definition(s) from /mounted/lmh/MathHub/smglom/calculus/source/discrete-metric.de.tex

and ideed, it generates

``` \symii{metric}{space} in discrete-metric.tex, and I cannot see where it may come from I think this is a bug.

The same problem appears at smglom/source/alpharenaming.en.tex
