Support multiple Git Repository sources #293

For instance, multiple GitLab instances or GitHub itself. Superficially, that amounts to changing the group/archive double for identifying archive to a triple of Inst-URL/group/archive (kind of closer to MMT and its document URIs). This also entails changes to the folder structure and MathHub integration. Also the archive IDs re-become important because the new (longer) URIs would become inconvenient.

Currently lmh already support multiple sources (it is possible to change the setting install::sources) however all of them will be installed inside the same MathHub directory.
