lmh depcrawl seems to expect a blank after dependencies: #302

but no-one else, so it often reports errors, where others have no problems.

This is already fixed in the new MANIFEST. MF reader / writer implementation I have on the cleanup branch. Should I port the fix to dev / master now or should I wait?
