Some people on the drupal support list mentioned this module: http://drupal.org/project/civicrm/ (actual download at http://sourceforge.net/projects/civicrm/files/)

Could be good to install for PlanetMath, once we have the basics sorted out.

It's possible that CiviCRM would be useful for our "patronage" system, as described in https://github.com/holtzermann17/planetmath-docs/issues/14 - but that won't be clear without some more investigations.
