Meta-ticket for module cleaning process #328

Modules are a bit of a mess. It would be good to put all of the PlanetMath-specific modules into one big PlanetMath module with submodules, similar for TNTBase modules, and any other packaging and cleaning we can do.

:+1: for this issue, especially for also adding a way of documenting and navigating through the Planetary modules.

MediaWiki have managed that task pretty well, and commendably inside a MediaWiki installation, see: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Category:Extensions_by_category
