Missing images: This should be working, hopefully I can fix problems on a one-off basis. (Note that some TeX-based images won’t work until later this summer however.)
Probably we should update the articles, rather than have a LaTeXML-level "patch" that would permit references to .eps files to translate directly to .png. I can do some grepping in a recent snapshot to see which files still talk about .eps, then I can change them.
