planetmath xml versions #382

I can definitely add an XML version path -- probably something like

http://planetmath.org/canonicalname/xml

(We already have PDF versions accessible this way.)

It could also provide the basis for keeping backup sites up to date. Rather than having someone upload the whole 78MB of full snapshot file, they could simply update their local copy by doing a bunch of "wget http://planetmath.org/canonicalname/xml"'s. Given that we already have "New in Encyclopedia" and "Latest Revisions" on the website, all that would be needed would be to output that data in the form of a daily list of canonical names.

What is supposed to be inside those XML versions? Metadata?
