static documentation server for data.mathhub.info #4

We decided that this would be needed, if only to talk about the submission procedure publically. cc: @katjabercic

Actually, we need something like this for all of MathHub, where we are currently using the MathHub documentation wiki which BTW already has something on math data.

Come to think of it, we should probably just use the wiki for now (and link it from the front-end) and then convert to something Tom likes better when he has time.

@kohlhase Tom gave initial instructions to just start a directory in MathHubInfo/Documentation with markdown files. I will start moving things from the workshop to there

While that is certainly a good thing, we should really discuss the way we want to go here. Best, when Tom comes in today.

I think we should just move all wiki pages onto MathHubInfo/Documentation, which is live at https://docs.mathhub.info/. It also already has a minimal template, which can be beautifully linked from the frontend.
