Sort Option should sort directly in Node Screen #36

As suggested by https://github.com/p4privacy, the sort option should directly sort the node listings within the Node Screen, instead of click and then going to a country. Both options can work simultaneously, but direct sorting is more user friendly.

No sort option in 2.0 as there is search. Auto sorted by Moniker.
