ENHANCEMENT: Reload Subscription window after successful subscription #4

Right now the subscription tab is only loaded at initiation. This presents a problem if someone just subscribed to a node and would like to connect to it.

Solution

Upon successful subscribe, switch to subscription tab and reload the data. Set subscription list to None first, and this will auto-populate with the code in place.
