Mac OS X Installer #6

v1.0.0 (stable) will include a Mac OS X Installer that will package wireguard-tools alongside Meile GUI. This will ease the burden on the user of having to install brew and wireguard-tools.

Because of Apple's monopoly on OS X Store listings, we've decided to postpone getting it listed in the Apple store for various reasons. This will limit our userbase for OS X for the time being, but we are seeking alternatives to their store. A package installer has been created in version 1.3.0 instead, and we are more in favor of this route.
