Left Panel Design #68

On Left Panel Design using either a FloatLayout or BoxLayout with dimensions, create the following widgets

Connect Button (will change to Disconnect once successfully conected)
Current Node Card Location (Display Country Info from ifconfig.co when not connected)
Search Bar (Not required for now)
A BoxLayout the contains a recyclerview of the node countries in NodeTree.data
Navigation Icons

@freQniK will be handling this and I think he should use the current version design to get the layout correct first before redesigning the main screen because this left panel can be automatically integrated into the MainScreen redesign #64
