The object of the settings panel is to include a single setting thus far where the user can select a maximum latency (up to 30s). This will increase the load time for refreshing, but because some nodes show high latency once and a while, they may not be listed in the country.
Latency, of course, varies from time to time, and one day they may see their node in the country and subscription; but, if there is high volume on their network, they may not see it the next day. By having a setting that allows the user to increase the maximum latency for node retrieval, it will settle the issue certain node providers have when not seeing their node listed. It will also allow for for near 100% of a user's subscriptions to be listed.
