Should I get the HLAtype with tumor bam or normal bam？ #14

Hi all

I prepared the hlatype for the NoePredPipe. I tried tumor bam and normal bam. Usually, I can get the same result. I want to know which one was right to get the HLAtype.

Please use a normal bam.
