old vs new version - potentiometers do not work #2

Hello MathPi14,

we are having a discussion here about the old and new code. Somehow the new code does not work with the pots. Found the old code from 21.7.2022, now the potentiometers work.

Can you have a look over it? It's just the calculation for the potentiometers that's different, isn't it?

Would be great if you could take a look at it and shed some light on why it doesn't work with the new code. Regards Alex

Hallo Alex, danke für die Nachricht! Vom Forum hatte ich leider keine E-Mail Benachrichtungen wegen der Kommentare erhalten... Ich habe den Teil des Codes auf die alte Version geändert. Die Berechnung an der geposteten Stelle macht keinen Sinn, statt (x 2^-10 2^16) hätte ich auch gleich (x * 2^6 ) schreiben können ... Melde mich die Tage nochmal im Forum! Grüße Matthias

Hallo Matthias, ah okay... Ja ich habe es dann nur mal verglichen alt mit neu und die Zahlen die raus kommen sind aber annähernd gleich. Deshalb habe ich es nicht verstanden wieso es mit der alten Version scheinbar funktioniert. Jedenfalls konnte ich ihnen etwas helfen, Sie haben es jetzt zum laufen gebracht, jedoch witzigerweise nur bis zu einer gewissen Estlcam Version. Keine Ahnung was da in Estlcam geändert wurde wieso es dann aufeinmal nicht mehr geht. Danke und bis bald. LG Alex
