While validating XML I always get the error that http://search.mathweb.org/ns can not be fetched. Is it possible to fix that bug, or move this bug report to a more appropriate location? Probably only @kohlhase knows what to do?

Dear Moritz,

Actually this is a not a validity error, by the XML specification a namespace is just a URI-form string, which does not have to point to any web resource.

Some validators wrongly try to fetch the ns resource, but they are wrong.

thanks for the prompt clarification. However, I like the fact that the NTCIR topic namespace points to the math search task page.
