update documentation on TRAC #78

There are still many obsolete TRAC pages, in particular https://trac.mathweb.org/MWS/wiki/MwsQuery. which has the wrong format. They should be taken down or adapted to the current situation.

actually, we should not update the documentation on the TRAC, but move the TRAC documentation pages over to the github wiki, so that we can eventually close the TRAC down. I will make a separate ticket for that (#85)
