CmmlTokens like <m:ci>x</m:ci> should be renamed in DFS order.
<m:ci>x</m:ci>
However, the generated CMML is not ideal, and many <csymbol>s are tagged as <ci>s for example, <ci>normal-t</ci> for vector overline.

One easy approach would be to rename all <m:ci>s of single ascii character, possibly except "P", "p".
