Identify a session cookie unique ID in the REACT webapp so that can be passed with every diverAPI invocation #196

This is essential for disentangling a single session's Diag log from others when we have multiple users on the system.

This is probably a lot of work, but once the process of adding the parameter is initially demonstrated it should be routine to add it to more and more API invocations over time. This will be stored in the to-be-renamed ConnectionId column of Diag.

It will suffice to say that I am a tad skeptical w/r/t the practical utility of same, but that discussion has already taken place and does not need to be rehashed.
