Document "get counts by cohort" capability in Variable Details #227

Just need to add this to the current documentation. Fairly trivial in itself, but sorta-blocked by #219 (don't want to call attention to the feature until that bug is fixed).

219 is fixed, the documentation is updated and uploaded, and this one can thus be called done.
