VV has brought up a concern that with the switch to context-sensitive help, the user no longer has any indicator as to what all is available in the help document. Several possibilities were discussed, but the only one that can be done quickly and with a minimum of friction would involve two different Help buttons - one context-sensitive, one going to the ToC as before.
What to call them has to be noodled ("Help With This Module"/"DIVER Manual", perhaps?) but at least this way I don't have to modify existing components to add a menu to a button, or (worse) create a series of documentation display components.
