the hotkeys i set for screen recording appears in the recorded video can you remove it from screen (for a cleaner video)

You have probably enabled the keyboard key display option(keyboard like icon on the application). Just disable it to avoid the appearance of keys.

I'm confused: what exactly are you seeing in the video? Is it showing the text "Alt+F8" when you press the button combo?
