function request on the editor #493

would you like to add a function button on the editor toolbar for which we can add or edit some text information on the picture captured.Thanks very much!

I've given up working on the internal image editor.

In the future versions, MS Paint would be opened by default for editing images. Or you can change to your preferred editor from settings, like eg. Photoshop.
