AVIF support! #532

There is a request for WebP support here: https://github.com/MathewSachin/Captura/issues/519

Both WebP and AVIF are more advanced image formats than the others. AVIF in particular is ahead of everything.

Quick caveat:

While I am very in favor of AVIF for a long list of reasons including quality vs. size, color improvements over JPEG, patent issues, and support by major companies, etc., Captura does not need to be on the cutting edge of this format until it sees a little wider adoption.

I could have just as easily written up this feature request, and I'm happy to see @ibex-are-goats highlight this, I think Apple made a mistake with pushing all it's new image format (HEIC) until more tools became available to read/edit them.
