BizHawk's Genesis core already supports toggling BG1, BG2, Window layers. (it
is missing the toggle for Sprites)
It would be great to expose that feature to Lua code, just like it already is
for NES and SNES cores.
(and also implement the toggle for sprites)
Such feature can be helpful while capturing screenshots for stitching a level
map.
