Please provide here info if you got this error.

1) Your SD card vendor, size, class.
2) Your region.
3) Last revision that worked.
4) Revision that not working.
5) You compile it yourself or download it. Where you download it.
6) Any additions from you.

Addition:
Try it without SD card. That you get?
Is it crashes if you choose usb?

Ok. Thanks. Now the know that it's range 79-85.
Please try that version and if you get code dump, then write down all values 
from 
"Stack dump" or make a photo of that area and attach it here.

New build to test. The rules is the same: We need 'Stack dump' values. =)

r85 hasn't usb support.
And I need Stack dump values from Code Dump with files that I attached here. 
Because I 
can't debug old compiles.

It happens on fatInitDefault. Then it tries to allocate memory for cache... 
Before 
start filebrowser. So it's a video initialization changes.

To be sure, please, test this.

Tested new file. No code dump. But all games goes to only white screen, like I 
had 
before on r84.
r83 was last that worked OK.
I think it all started when SDL was removed. And I also think it is video 
issue. Maybe 
not all PAL, but 4.0-4.2 firmware PAL.
Few from forum that had 3.2 PAL firmware could start new revs. Maybe, I'm wrong.

I have 4.2 PAL console. And r120 works fine for me.

hey ive been getting code dumps onevery revision so far and ive tried 5 sd card 
so i 
will start to programthis so that it will load of different ios to see if that 
works 
and i will be working at it all week.

no problems to start the Emu no more Pink stream on the Buttom of the Screen.

the new r122 has no code dumps and i loaded sonic rush but it crashed after 
pressing 
start so its a huge improvement keep up the good work everyone
