Half black half green screen on launch #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install r52 of DML
2. Launched melee from neogamma r9 b56
3. Stuck on a half black half green screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It was working perfectly fine for a while. I hadn't messed with any mIOS things 
at all. I tried launching melee from DML in neogamma recently and now it gets 
stuck on a half black half green screen.

What version of the product are you using?

I am using r52 of DML.

I've tried installing different revisions of DML as well. I still get the same 
error. :(

This really sounds like a loader issue.
