Simpsons Hit and Run save problem #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Saving for the first time will work with NMM
2. After first time saving it will have an error
3. After you have error your file dissapears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After the first save there will be an error when saving

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DMLr58_NMM.Elf

Please provide any additional information below.
Always an error on the Second save

Happens with DM and DML 2.10. You can save your game on new slots (it provides 
4) but as soon as you overwrite one of them, the game freezes and the music 
gets stuck in a loop. If you attempt to start up the game again, it tries to 
read the save file and freezes.
