Black band on Geist PAL Version #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Just load the game and you see a black band on the right.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wiiflow r418 or CFG USBLoader v70 no cheat, no NMM, the iso is not corrupted 
because he work on dolphin.

Please provide any additional information below.
Same problem with TimeSplitters Future Perfect (French PAL Version), it's me or 
my DML configuration ?
