Dop-IOS MOD doesn't show up the IOS "patching" messages #15

A quote from the e-mail I send to Arikado:

"Very sorry to bother you once AGAIN, Arikado, but I think you might
consider this as a suggestion. You know, when all the contents of an IOS
are downloaded or retrieved from the SD card, the app proceeds to install
the title into its respective slot. However, it doesn't show up, like other
apps, if the "new school" line was found on the IOS contents and if the app
IS patching them, besides you choose you wanna trucha patch it, so this
freaks me out a little. I don't if this is happening too when applying the
ES_Identify patch on IOS 36. I'm testing right now the properties of one of
those installed IOS, just to be sure it has the bug. Sorry for my bad
english, I know I need to improve it."

I tested that IOS and it was successfully patched, but I don't think adding
those messages is that hard (or am I wrong?)... Yeah, I know this may be a
caprice, but I think small things like this can help this great app to
progress, :).

What messages?

If Dop-IOS MOD successfully installs an IOS that you told it to patch, it tells
you
the installation was successful, does it not? In that case, can you not assume
the
patches were also successful? It does tell you that the patches were successful
too
at one point in the installation process output too, does it not?

Very, very, very sorry if I made you mad. I meant something like this:
http://i48.tinypic.com/vqqo8o.jpg. Also...

"It does tell you that the patches were successful too at one point in the
installation process output too, does it not?"

While the installation is still running? Nope, it doesn't, so I assume those
messages
would be a little helpful, at least for me. The app just says the installation
was
"successful". Seriously, if you consider that this is very silly, just don't do
it, :).

PS: I've found another bug on the v10.1. Do you remember the problem with the GC
control and the trucha patch prompt? Well, something similar happens when
entering to
the Boot2 checker...

If you like you can test r72 out. It has messages and a bunch of other fixes
and if
this looks good we will be releasing it very soon as v11.

r72 (aka v11 beta 1) is ready if you want to test.

Excellent! The messages are even more explicit than the one I showed you! Thank
you,
guys! Also, the problem with the GCN controller is repaired.

PS: notice I tested the r76. Is this is really gonna be the v11 of the app, IT
WOULD
BE SUPERB!

Thanks for the feedback. I'll go ahead and consider this issue closed since it
is
currently in our beta ;)

And actually r79 is our latest beta and it will probably go into release status
in
the next day or so.
