Detecting Region and Version of Channels

-Would be nice if the App could recognize the Region of your Wii (E, NTSC,
etc...) and then set the matching Region to default in the Channels/Menu
Download-Screen. So for an example, if your Wii is PAL/Europe, set the
default for the Shop Channel to Europe, not America.

-And it would be also very nice if it could show the version of the
Installed Menu/Channel.

Yeah, a lot of people have been requesting that but its a little complicated to 
do.
I'll see about sitting down and finally doing it soon...
